A Feasibility study on Total Quality Management Effects on Organizational Performance

Abstract
Total Quality Management (TQM) as beliefs looking to assimilate entire organizational aspects in productions and service areas become an essential smart research domain. It guides researchers to notice several topics related to entire quality management and constant developments. This work examines the total quality management practices impact and approaches to organizational performance. Total quality management is defined as an approach, the important aspect is to set up and provide first-class products and services that gratify entire customer demands and attain customer satisfaction at a high level. The implementation of total quality management and the association between the successful execution and performance of the organization is discussed in this paper. TQM is generally categories into three types which are: quality control, quality assurance, and constant development. The outcomes specify that total quality management has two realizations, either is TQM exercises consequence the organizational performance, or it obstructs business to attain their objectives in which this will harmfully affect the performance of the organization. Overall the aim of this study is to find out the effect of total quality management on organizational performance.
